What are your manufacturing lead times, pickup options, and rush order policies?

Lead times depend on product type, surface finishes, and board supplier availability. All orders are manufactured for factory pickup from our Bankstown facility.Estimated production timeframes include:Raw MDF Profile & Shaker Doors: 7 to 10 working days for CNC routing and preparation.Painted / Polyurethane Finished Doors: 17 to 20 working days for standard satin or matte finishes. High-gloss finishes require extra drying time and careful quality checks, which may extend lead times slightly.Custom Flat-Pack Kitchens & Joinery: 3 to 4 weeks, subject to specific pre-finished board supplier stock availability.Additional Order & Logistics Details:Factory Pickup: Orders are collected directly from our Bankstown factory. Because the majority of our work is B2B, factory collection allows trade clients to inspect and load components as soon as production completes.Express / Priority Orders: Express processing is evaluated case-by-case based on current factory schedule capacity and incurs a production surcharge.
